Artist Statement Submitted 2014
I try to be conscious of the space between thoughts -- a vast instant of which most of us are usually unaware. When I visit this realm, the work emerges like a whispered secret or fragrance, throwing out subtle clues and beckoning me ever closer. My recent work is an attempt to create a map that leads to this ever-present world that is hidden in plain sight.
