Alyssa C. Salomon uses photography to collect, imagine and evoke feral beauty, speaking to our human yearning for contact with things wild and wondrous. She is expert at printing with nineteenth century photographic chemistries, selecting her processes for formal elegance, romantic abstraction, physical control, and the potential for dumb luck.
